Thinking about AvP...

For a very long time, I've been a fan of this. I love the game and I love the movies. I still remember the time, when I was a little boy and watched the first Alien movie. Of course, for the first time it was very scary and spooky to me, but after time I learned to like it and today I love it. Nevertheless, Alien or Predator have always been and still are awesome. However, if you watch the real version with all content, you can see much "brutality", but it is just a movie and nothing else and if somebody can't stand this level of "violence", this person should avoid any contact with those things.

Why am I writing this, the point is, that since 4 weeks, I can play the latest AvP game and hell I love it. Feels great, sounds awesome, looks fabulous, just a rocking game. Despite this, I read many reviews on the net about it, and those reviews weren't that positive, at least some were positive. Many complained about the short single player and not creative story, but I think this is just a matter of taste. As for people as me, I love it and it rocks, doesn't matter what other people say, I don't mind about them. However, I don't get it, if people are complaining about the level of brutality in this game. Some people say, this game is without meaning, because of this kind of violence. I personally think that's all bullshit, because it is just a game and nothing else and if there is a little bit more "stronger violence", people should pay attention before saying any shitty stuff. People always just think too real, they totally forget about the fact, that it is only a game, and if they got enough, they can do something else or whatever they want. It is just a game and nothing else and it is not real, it's all imagination. Sure, there are certain people, who are saying that this kind of violence is not really necessary to show in a game, but hey, if I watch TV, there is a shit load of stupid stuff, which contains much more violence than this game. Compared to those movies on TV, the latest AvP game is just a little and sweet story, but not that brutal.

All in one, I love the games and movies! I got to know the art of these games and movies very very early and I didn't make something wrong. If people are talking about something, they have to learn to make a opinion from different directions and not only from one, there are many more.

One thing has always to be kept in our mind...IT IS NOT REAL, IT IS ALL JUST A GAME AND IT CAN'T HAVE ANY INFLUENCES TO OUR REAL LIFE, AS LONG AS PEOPLE STILL HAVE A BRAIN IN THEIR SKULL. If you call a game like AvP bad or too brutal or without meaning, well, think about the people, who made this game. Very often, people have no idea, what is necessary to make or design a game or movie.

It is always much easier to judge about something than to understand it and that is still a huge mistake of our society. We judge about things, but actually we don't even understand the things we are judging about.
